While Justin's disability does not prevent him from wearing a mask, he was concerned how the policies would affect passengers who were unable to wear them.

Justin and fellow digital accessibility professionals Trudy Harrington Karl and Steve Lowe, all of whom have a disability, discuss how their personal experiences with disability, inclusion, and accessibility guide and inform their professional lives.
